Delete Your Account & Data
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your HeartShare account and all associated data at any time.
What will be deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Account Information: Your email address, display name, and authentication data
- Subscription Data: Records of your subscription status (actual billing records are managed by Google Play and Apple)
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your synced timer configurations.
How to Request Deletion
To request account deletion, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to HeartShare.help@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address or identifier associated with your HeartShare account
- We will process your request within 30 days
Processing Your Request
- Timeline: We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
- Active Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges
